Great stay for 4 nights with incredibly helpful staff, especially the room division manager, in a perfect location surrounded by fantastic dining options.

I appreciated staying at this hotel and would love to come back. Everything was good, exceeded all expectations, and the staff were efficient people with the room division manager. Its excellent, central location was a plus.

the property's location was great, on the u-bahn or tram. I randomly popped into Wiener's Speise Cafe Bar serving some pastries, located at a moderate distance from the hotel, it was nice. 3. the breakfast was very good and plentiful with an extremely wide assortment of foods, the best I had in Munich.

This place was clean, high-class, had helpful staff including the room division manager, and was located conveniently close to all the places we wanted to go.

Everything was great, very good breakfast, great swimming pool and spa, very good restaurant.

Bad internet connection, nowhere wifi, bad conditioning in the room.

The SPA is great, sauna, hammam, swimming pool, gym - they have everything that one may want.

1- Air condition was down for 3 nights and the weather was hot. 2- The Arabic TV channels were limited, also the same with the paid ones. Most of them were News! I suggest adding more Arabic channels especially the comedy and kids channels. If you need to know some examples I am happy to send you the names and frequencies. 3- The rate of Car Park was expensive. It should be a special discount for Gusts.

Great room, very helpful staff, 15 minutes walk to English Garden

This place has a wonderful location near a tube station, and the neighborhood is residential.

The hotel seems new from the inside and the room is comfortable and luxarious. The staff are helpfull and polit. The breakfast is fantastic.

The location of the hotel is far from the main shopping area which is marienplatz (almost 5km). The underground is easy in the morning but night schedule is different from morning schedule so you should be careful at night because you should change trains.

Recently renovated rooms are clean, equipped with wifi, large windows, and ironing facilities.

the only was too much loud kids in the spa area. was hard to relax after the meeting.
